Exploring and expanding consciousness
There comes a time in our individual and collective evolution when we are called upon to take a leap, to step into the unknown and enter the darkness. Humanity seems to have an innate fear of the unknown, and yet we are fascinated by the idea of exploration and making new discoveries.
Many of us are now being called to step forwards into the unknown and leave behind the old paradigm of allowing external authority figures to tell us what is true. We feel an urge within us to share what excites us, even if we are not able to prove that it’s “real” and especially when we know that some people will label us as crazy or deluded.
There are very few square miles of land on Planet Earth that have not been explored by humans and our space-faring technology is still in its infancy. The one remaining frontier of exploration that is open to everyone is that of consciousness.
On this page I will introduce you to some of the people on Earth who I consider to be pioneers of consciousness. I’m not claiming that everything they say is “true”, I am simply offering this information as an invitation for you to step into the unknown of your own consciousness and explore.
Some of this information will inspire you and some may push your buttons. Can you become aware of how your body-mind responds to the possibility that this may be true? Can you explore with an open heart and an open mind? If something you read triggers a fear-based response within you, that is vital information that you can use, because it will shine a light on the fears that still linger within your consciousness, giving you an opportunity to grow and evolve through them.
Many years ago, I was fortunate to discover a psychological key that allowed me to open doors in my awareness. That key is to ask myself, “What if this were true? How would I feel if it were true? How would it change my life and my perspectives? How do I feel if I consider that this might be true?”
In other words, you don’t have to believe that any of this is true. Simply allowing yourself to consider – for as long as you like – that it might be true, is a valuable activity that will open and expand your consciousness.

One day I decided to watch a program called Interview with the Extraterrestrial on Amazon, about Darryl Anka who channels an extra-terrestrial entity named Bashar. I figured I’d last about 5 minutes before switching off in disgust. However, to my surprise, I watched the whole programme.
I had no idea whether Bashar was real or simply a figment of Darryl Anka’s mind but I figured it didn’t really matter if he had something useful to say. Above all, if he was sharing practical tools that we can use to expand our awareness and enjoy life more, then he had to be worth listening to.
I bought a copy of their book, Masters of Limitation, and was so enthralled I read it two or three times.
After a few weeks a thought popped into my mind, that there might be a female channel doing something similar. My initial search led me to Sara Landon and Lyssa Royal Holt. Lyssa was the one I felt most drawn to. I bought a copy of her book, The Golden Lake, then went on to buy a copy of The Prism of Lyra. I was so interested in this material that I bought a deck of Lyssa’s Galactic Heritage Cards, bought the app for my phone, watched all of the instructional videos on YouTube and also downloaded a copy of Preparing for Contact.
I also watched an interview with Lyssa on Reuben Langdon’s series, Interviews With Extra-Dimensionals.
What I have observed about Lyssa is that she delivers all of the material she brings through with integrity and humility. She freely admits she is not able to prove that the entities she channels are who they say they are, she is simply doing what a skilled channel does: allowing whatever needs to come through to come through without editing or attempting to own the material.
Equally, I cannot prove the existence of Sasha, Germane and Hamón (the consciousnesses that Lyssa channels) and I am not able to verify what they say, but whoever they are, what they have been sharing through Lyssa for several decades resonates with me on a deep level and is delivered with purity, service, integrity and humility.
None of Lyssa’s books are highly priced, all of her videos are provided free of charge on YouTube, including the in-depth videos about The Galactic Heritage Cards. That, to me, speaks volumes about who she is and the quality of her work.
